Cancellation Policy

At 720 Hair Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair and efficient scheduling for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 30% of the total service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the total service cost. A non-refundable deposit may be required for color services, long appointments, or new clients. This deposit will be applied to your final total but will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings.
